I met Kevin personally 16 years ago, after collecting a few of his paintings. He was the most warm, sincere man ever and I still have the photos that he drew on the back of for each of my children. His paintings / prints are throughout our house and we will always cherish them. Thank you Kevin for all that you did for Australian art.

Kevin was such a wonderful man, as well as a very talented artist. My husband and I bought Kevin's first watercolour painting last year and spent lots of times joking and chatting with him. God bless, Kevin, and enjoy your "retirement". There's lots of natural light up where you are, so don't retire those paintbrushes just yet!

A great human being. Kevin Best OAM was a man who made a difference in many peoples lives. Speaking for myself, he made a huge difference to my life and I would like to think I made, at least, a small difference to his.
